Keri Hilson Talks About Breakup With Serge Ibaka

Keri Hilson has finally opened up about her sad split with NBA baller Serge Ibaka with Rolling Out Magazine. The singer says she thought she had found someone who was an “exception” but was disappointed to find out he wasn’t the one…

I think I am an exception to the rule when people think of R&B “divas.” I thought I found someone who’s also an exception. It wasn’t “enthralling” for me to date an athlete. It was on my list of “not to dos” — no rappers, no actors and no ball players. I broke my rule because I thought I found someone different … It wasn’t an attraction to the status and the money.

Keri later describes what she wants in a significant other after revealing breakup with Serge:

Prince Estate Says TIDAL Illegally Streamed Late Singer’s Music

It looks like the Prince estate isn’t trying to let Jay Z cook. Not only is it curving Hov’s offer to buy Prince’s catalog of unreleased music, it’s also contending that TIDAL streamed the artist’s music without permission.

Reports TMZ:

Sources involved in the deal tell TMZ the estate fired off a letter to Jay’s team last month, saying it had no interest in signing a deal for “Roc Nation to exploit any of the intellectual property assets of the Estate.”

Hot New Music; Rick Ross 'Kyrie'

Rick Ross is a sharp shooter on his immense track celebrating the reigning NBA champs with his latest release, “Kyrie.”

Dropping after he was hit with a $5.7 million tax lien, the DP Beats-produced track references money while also name-checking Cleveland Cavs and Queen Bey.

“Bitches screaming for me like Beyoncé,” rhymes Rozay. “Jumping out the gym like it’s LeBron James / This other type of money even make me nervous / I’m standing out the roof, jersey Kyrie Irving.”

Released days after the video for “Free Enterprise,” the cut also takes another jab at the new President-elect.

New Music; Omarion 'Its Whatever'

Omarion celebrates his birthday with a special gift for fans. No, it’s not a new Care Package, but the 32-year-old R&B crooner delivers his confessional banger, “It’s Whatever,” produced by G. Ry.

“I’ve been only single for months,” he sings. “I’m just trying to get my swag back.”

Things get even more personal — with nods to his high-profile breakup from Apryl Jones — as he adds: “Torn apart, catch me I’m on the run / Told my BM she can have that / Put that on my daughter and my son / Every night I’m having flashbacks.”

Kevin Chocolate Droppa Hart Ft Trey Songz 'Push It On Me'

Chocolate Droppa and Trey Songz unite in the video for “Push It On Me,” where the laughs continue.

Shot in Malibu, the Shomi Patwary-directed clip finds Droppa letting Trigga know that some changes are coming.

“Word on the street is that Droppa’s the new sex symbol,” he warns. “Mr. Steal Your Girl is about to have all of his girls stolen! Droppa style!”

That doesn’t seem to bother Trey too much, as he’s constantly surrounded by ladies anyway. Meanwhile, Droppa gets up close with a tiger, white doves, and even Keri Hilson.

Sia Slays With New tune 'Satisfied' feat Miguel & Queen Latifah

Sia gets theatrical with Miguel and Queen Latifah on “Satisfied” off the upcoming Hamilton Mixtape.

The “Chandelier” songstress takes on the role of Angelica Schuyler (Renée Elise Goldsberry) from the famed Broadway musical, while her “Nostalgic for the Present”tourmate Miguel plays Alexander Hamilton (Lin-Manuel Miranda) in this classic retelling. And Dana Owens sets it off with a fiery verse.
According to Rolling Stone, “Satisfied” is a remake of Hamilton‘s original song “Helpless,” but now told from the perspective of Eliza’s sister Angelica.

Video; Alicia Keys Ft A$AP Rocky 'Blended Family'

Calling all wifeys, sidechicks, baby mama's and girlfriends ..... Do It In The Name Of Love .

Just one week after releasing her new album HERE, Alicia Keys delivers the emotionally powerful video for her A$AP Rocky-assisted single, “Blended Family (What You Do for Love).”

Filmed entirely in black and white, the stirring clip finds Alicia surrounded by her family, including her children with Swizz Beatz, Egypt and Genesis, as well as children from the producer’s past relationships with Nicole Levy and Mashonda Tifere, Prince Nasir and Kasseem.

The song celebrates modern families including Keys’ own relationship with Kasseem and his mother Mashonda, who makes a cameo in the clip too. “I know it started with a little drama,” sings Alicia. “I hate you had to read it in the paper / But everything’s alright with me and ya mama / Baby everybody here you know adores ya.”

New Music; Robin Thicke Ft Juicy J 'One Shot'

Robin Thicke and Juicy J are drinking buddies on their new bar-ready collaboration “One Shot.”

The dynamic duo teams up on the jazz-infused track, which follows last month’s Nas-assisted “Deep” from Thicke.

While Robin sings about tequila, Juicy claims his throne. “Bartender, ‘nother round on me,” he raps. “Two or three shots you goin’ down on me / I’m a king / Go ahead, put a crown on me.”

For his part, Thicke makes his goal known too. “Two tequilas,” he sings. “I got one shot, one shot to love you all night long.”
