BET Awards went down last night and no surprise it was LIT ! From the fabulous and fierce red carpet to the dynamic performances and politics, viewers most def o got so much more than just a celebration of black entertainment and Prince tributes.



Actors Gabrielle Union, Taraji p. Henson, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Tasha Smith, Naturi Naughton, Tracee Ellis Ross, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Anthony Anderson, Morris Chestnut, Jessie Williams and many more dazzled on the red carpet.



Singers Tinashae, Fabolous, 2 Chainz, Diamond Platinumz, Janelle Monae, Dj Khaled were also in attendance.
Coupled up a fresh faced and make up free Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats showed out. Toni Braxton and rumoured beau BirdMan was looking hot together. While Remy Ma and Papoose represented.

In words of Chris Brown, Kanye Is CRAZY, but TALENTED ! Kanye West has finally debuted the anticipated video for his song “Famous” where he called out artists like Taylor Swift and Ray J. The video for “Famous” during a live streamed event and it had some very interesting guest stars.


In the video, the 39-year-old rapper can be seen in bed next to wifey Kim Kardashian as well as some other famous faces including someone portraying Taylor Swift. The video also has other famous people portrayed in the video like Ray J, Caitlyn Jenner, Billy Cosby, Amber Rose, Chris Brown, Rihanna,Donald Trump, Anna Wintour and George W. Bush.

'POWER' Stars 50 Cent, Omari Hardwick and Lela Loren Talk Season 3, Storylines & Sex Scenes

Power is one of the hottest shows on television and it returns for it’s third season on July 17 on STARZ. The cast, crew and some famous fans turned up at the SVA Theatre in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan to celebrate the premiere of Season 3 of the popular drama. Carmelo and Lala Anthony, Fabolous, Teyonah Parris of Survivor’s Remorse and cast members Joseph Sikora, Andy Beane, Luis Antonio Ramos and Lacy Walters were spotted enjoying the party and talking about the hit show.



Executive producer and co-star 50 Cent was also among those on-hand, along with stars Omari Hardwick and Lela Loren. The show’s creator Courtney A. Kemp credited the surge in television shows geared towards non-white viewers as nothing more than a pragmatic reaction to realizing the power of black and brown consumers.

Iggy Azalea Breaks Up With Nick Young Over Trust Issues

It's over between Iggy Azalea and Nick Young, who had been engaged for over a year. Iggy shared the news today with a heartfelt note that was posted to her Instagram. 

"Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust with him," she wrote, "It's become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to."  

It's unclear what went down in the last few weeks, but Iggy's trust of her then-fiancé was seriously compromised a few months ago, when a video recording of Young disclosing his adulterous proclivities to his Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell leaked online. The recording had been taken by Russell -- presumably without Young's permission -- and he's not sure how it was able to find its way to the Internet. Unsurprisingly, the leak of the video led Russell to be the target of animosity, from Young as well as other players who felt that he violated the ethics of a sportsman. 

Tyga On Relationship With Kylie Jenner: "It Overshadowed A Lot Of My Talents"

Tyga's relationship with Kylie Jenner certainly earned him a lot of attention, but it rarely revolved around his musical output, something the rapper spoke about candidly in a new interview with Big Boy this week. According to Tyga the break was mutual, and has allowed him to put more effort into promoting his art first.

"When you're in a very public relationship like that, it's hard for other people to see you differently than that," he explained. "It took a lot, career wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for."

Tiny's Daughter Zonnique Pullins Arrested For Carrying A Gun At The Airport

T.I. and Tiny welcomed a new child into their family a few months ago, with the birth of a baby girl, Heiress Diana Harris, making this their third child together but seventh child in the ATL family. Thus, they have quite a few kids to keep track of, and it appears as though one such child, Zonnique Pullins, is doing her own thing and giving no fucks (the same Zonnique Kodak Black wanted to take to prom). 

Zonnique, who apart from being T.I. and Tiny's daughter (well, actually Tip's step-daughter), is known for her role in the girl group OMG. Zonnique was busted at the Atlanta airport early Thursday morning, after a TSA agent saw, with help from an X-ray machine, that she was carrying a semiautomatic pistol in her bag. Apparently Zonnique told the agent she had a weapons permit but she was lacking the paperwork to prove it.

The cops arrested her for carrying a concealed weapon in an unauthorized area. She was released Friday morning.
