Will Smith and Jada Pinkett are no doubt one of our favourite celebrity couples that been their marriage game for almost 20 years. However Jada has always said that their key to success is their rather open marriage. Does that count as the real deal though? She kept it all the way real when she stopped by Sirius XM radio Wednesday (June 3) to chat with Howard Stern about her marriage to Focus star, Will Smith. The 43-year-old Gotham actress said while she lovesThe Men in Black star, she is not his keeper.
“We have travelled and you’ve gotta be strong. It takes work — you know that!” she said to Stern. “Here’s the deal, Howard. You’ve gotta trust who you’re with, and at the end of the day, right, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man.”
Pinkett, who admits to being 25 and “too damn young” when she married Will, said their marriage is based on integrity and as long as Will, 46, is content with the man he is, Jada is too.
“He’s got all the freedom in the world,” she dished. “As long as Will can look himself the mirror and be okay? I’m good.”
Different folks, Different strokes. Don't try this at home!
